Deleting your data

Delete a single restyle

You don't need to delete your account to remove one restyle. From inside the app:

Open the restyle and choose Delete this restyle, or
Touch and hold it in your history list

This immediately and permanently deletes that restyle's photos, generated images and cost estimate. Your account, sign-in and everything else in your history are untouched. This is an in-app action only — because it applies to one specific item among many, there's no equivalent web-based path; you'll need the app open to choose which one to remove.

Delete your whole account

The fastest way: open MATTGLOSS Studio → Settings → Delete my account. This immediately and permanently deletes:

every restyle you've made, including the photos and generated images
your saved cost estimates
your account record and sign-in identity

This cannot be undone.

One record is kept regardless: if you've bought a restyle pack, we retain the pack, date and Google Play order reference for tax and dispute-resolution purposes, as required by law. It isn't linked to any restyle, photo, or account you can sign back into — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Without the app installed

Email mattglossadelaide@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the email address you used to sign in.

We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.
